Jennifer Williams Vedadi became a Certified Massage Therapist after graduating from Balance Massage School in 2016. Jennifer specializes in Therapeutic, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Pregnancy Massage.  Jennifer was a member of the Balance Massage and Wellness Studio Team for 3 years before opening her own massage business Posh Sloth Massage in November of 2019.

   Jennifer was born and raised in Columbus, Indiana.  She realized the benefits of sports massage while a competitive swimmer growing up. After graduating from the University Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Psychology, Jennifer had a long career as a Clinical Research Coordinator for pharmaceutical clinical trials while living in Utah, Indianapolis and Southern California.  However, she has had an interest in alternative medicine and massage in particular after a good friend went to massage school while she was living in Boulder.  After living in the Salt Lake City area of Utah for 15 years, Jennifer returned to her hometown with her 4 sons in 2011. She heard there was a massage school in town and decided to give in to the desire which had been at the back of her mind for years and enrolled in massage school in 2014. In the meantime she worked as a Mental Health Tech at Columbus Regional Hospital. Jennifer has a passion for helping people heal themselves and feel better and believes that massage is a key component of mind-body-spirit wellness.
